Your subscription grants you access to our IPTV network for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Simultaneous Connections: You may not share your account details or use the service on more devices simultaneously than your purchased plan allows. Violeting this rule will result in an automatic, permanent ban.
  • Restreaming: Restreaming or broadcasting our content on public platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) or selling access to our streams is strictly prohibited.
  • Content Availability: While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee the permanent availability of every single channel or VOD. Libraries are subject to change.

3. Billing and Refunds

We operate on a pre-paid subscription model. There are no automatic recurring charges. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription if you wish to continue the service.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the services, we offer a strict 3-day money-back guarantee for new users who experience significant, unresolvable technical issues. After 3 days, all sales are final.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. LumIPTV is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You are also responsible for ensuring your internet connection and device meet the minimum requirements for streaming.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach these Terms of Service.

6. Changes to Terms

LumIPTV reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
