IPTV Smarters Pro Setup Guide

On Android TV or Google TV, open Google Play Store and search "IPTV Smarters Pro" — install the app by Whmcs Smarters. On Firestick, use Downloader to sideload the APK (the URL is available from LumIPTV support). On iPhone or iPad, search the App Store for "IPTV Smarters Pro" — it is available in most regions. On a Windows or Mac computer, download the desktop version from the Smarters website.

Launch IPTV Smarters Pro. If this is your first time, you will see a blank "My Users" screen with a blue "Add New User" button at the top right (or a "+" icon). Tap it. You will see three login options: Login with Xtream Codes API, Login with M3U URL, and Load Playlist from File. Choose based on what LumIPTV sent in your welcome email.

Select "Login with Xtream Codes API." Fill in the fields as follows: Profile Name — type anything you like, e.g., "LumIPTV"; Server URL — paste the server address exactly (e.g., http://server.lumiptv.com:8080); Username — your assigned username (case-sensitive); Password — your assigned password (case-sensitive). Double-check there are no trailing spaces in any field, then tap Add User.

If you have an M3U link instead of Xtream Codes credentials, select "Login with M3U URL." Enter a Profile Name and paste your full M3U URL into the Playlist URL field. The URL often looks like http://server.lumiptv.com:8080/get.php?username=USER&password=PASS&type=m3u_plus. Tap Add User. Note: M3U logins load slightly slower than Xtream Codes because the player must parse the full playlist file each time.

After adding your user, tap the profile name you just created. The app will sync and then show four main tabs: Live TV (all live channels grouped by category), Movies (VOD films organized by genre), Series (TV series with episode listings), and Catch Up (time-shift replay, if supported by your plan). Each section has a search bar and filter options.

For programme guide data, go to the app Settings (gear icon) → Select/Change TV Guide Source. If your credentials are Xtream Codes, the EPG may load automatically from the server. If not, paste the EPG XMLTV URL from your LumIPTV welcome email here. Set EPG Refresh Time to "Every 24 Hours." After saving, return to Live TV and press the i button on any channel to see the current and upcoming schedule.

By default IPTV Smarters uses its built-in player. If you experience freezing or audio sync issues, go to Settings → Select Player and choose External Player. On Android devices, MX Player (free) and VLC are both excellent choices — install one from the Play Store first. ExoPlayer (the internal player option) is often the best for Firestick 4K. Experiment to find what works smoothest on your specific hardware.

If you have more than one LumIPTV subscription (e.g., for a different room), tap the back arrow to the My Users screen and press Add New User again. Repeat the credential entry steps. You can switch between profiles at any time by returning to the My Users screen — useful for households with separate subscriptions for different family members.
