Payment and Activation Process

LumIPTV uses a manual confirmation process so customers can verify their device, app, and plan before paying.
1. Submit a Trial or Order Request
Start with the free trial or choose a paid plan. Share your device, preferred app, and contact channel so support can recommend the correct setup path.
2. Support Confirms the Details
We confirm your plan, device compatibility, app format, and activation requirements. For Smart TV and MAG-style apps, support may ask for a MAC address or device code.
3. Pay After Confirmation
No payment is collected directly on the website. PayPal instructions are sent only after the request is reviewed.
4. Activation and Setup
After payment confirmation, support sends the login format or playlist details required by your app and helps you complete setup.
5. Renewals
Plans are prepaid. There are no automatic website charges. Support can send renewal reminders before expiry.
