LumIPTV provides a free trial before purchase and a 3-day money-back window after activation for new paid subscriptions with unresolvable technical issues.
Before You Pay
We strongly recommend using the free trial to test your device, app, internet connection, channel categories, VOD access, and EPG before ordering a paid plan.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of paid activation. The refund window is intended for significant technical problems that support cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting.
Eligible Issues
- Credentials cannot be activated after support review.
- Service is unusable on a supported device after troubleshooting.
- Persistent technical failure that cannot be corrected by app, DNS, playlist, or device setup changes.
Not Usually Eligible
- Change of mind after the trial and activation.
- Local internet, Wi-Fi, router, or device limitations outside our control.
- Single-channel, event-specific, or temporary source availability changes.
- Account sharing or use beyond the purchased connection limit.
